BitSynergy collects personal and enterprise details necessary to provision infrastructure, process billing, and deliver enterprise SLAs:

Account Information: Name, corporate email, phone number, billing address, tax ID, and billing credentials.
- Telemetry & Network Logs: IP address allocation logs, bandwidth utilization stats, portal authentication logs, and firewall traffic metrics.
- Inquiry Data: Configuration specifications, budget details, and requirements submitted via custom quote forms.
2. Customer Server Data Isolation
BitSynergy acts strictly as a zero-knowledge infrastructure provider regarding the contents stored on client Bare Metal Dedicated Servers or Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS). We do not inspect, copy, sell, or analyze operating system data, application data, or database records hosted on client servers.
3. How Information Is Used
We process collected administrative information to:
- Provision, configure, and maintain requested cloud resources and network routes.
- Verify enterprise identities to prevent fraudulent server deployment or abuse.
- Issue monthly billing statements and manage SLA outage claims.
- Send critical operational alerts, maintenance notifications, and emergency support ticket updates.
4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure
BitSynergy does not sell, rent, or monetize client personal data or account information to third-party marketers. Information is disclosed strictly to essential service subprocessors (such as tier-1 merchant payment processors or colocation facility access portals) under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Enterprise clients located in the EU/EEA or California hold specific data rights, including:
- The right to request access to or export administrative personal data.
- The right to request rectification of inaccurate account contact details.
- The right to request account deletion upon termination of active server contracts.
